Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Salon bookings

• Booking a salon on SajLo is free; you pay the salon after the service. There is nothing to refund for a cancelled booking.
• You can cancel from the app until the salon starts your service. Late cancellations and no-shows lower your reliability score.
• If the salon rejects or does not accept your request in time, the booking ends automatically. Any reward points or package uses you applied are returned at once.
• If you paid online for a booking and the service did not happen, the full amount is refunded.

2. Packages, SajLo Pass and single passes

• An unused package or pass can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Write to us from your registered number.
• Partly used packages and used single passes are not refundable. Unused passes past their validity date expire.
• If a salon cannot give a covered service, contact us and we will arrange the service at another partner or refund the unused part.

3. Shop orders

• You can cancel an order from the app before it is packed. Paid orders cancelled this way are fully refunded.
• Damaged, wrong or missing items: tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos; we will replace the item or refund it.
• For hygiene reasons opened personal-care products cannot be returned unless faulty.

4. Partner plans

Plan fees for salons are not refundable. If a paid period brings fewer customers than the plan guarantees, the unused share is given back as plan credit, as described in the Partner Terms.

5. How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually show the money in 5–7 working days after we approve the refund. Points used are returned to your SajLo points balance.
